We are thrilled to announce that KLAMAN & CO has been selected to participate in the prestigious World Design Experience, powered by San Diego Design Week! For the year 2024, San Diego and Tijuana have been named World Design Capital, an honor that invites designers from all disciplines to showcase their talents in what is often referred to as the Olympics of the design industry.
This year’s theme, “Belonging: A Shared Vision with Radical Inclusion,” explores how design can create a sense of belonging through radical inclusion, facilitating our interconnectedness. It emphasizes our shared responsibility to design a future that includes and serves everyone in our region.
Amidst many outstanding applications, KLAMAN & CO is proud to have been selected to take part in this global event with our very own Klaman Africa Vibe Festival.
Our founder, Johanne, and her dedicated team of partners have promised to make this the biggest cultural event of the year in San Diego. Over the coming weeks, we’ll unveil more details about what to expect at the festival.
The Klaman Africa Vibe Festival will take place at UC San Diego Park & Market event center, in downtown San Diego, on September 21st from 1 pm to 10 pm, culminating in an exciting fashion show.
